Who is Profit Pathways for?
Cleaning business owners who are tired of guessing and ready to run their company with real systems instead of winging it. Solo cleaners scaling up, growing teams, and established owners all use it.
Is this coaching or trainings?
Trainings first. The core is practical courses you own and run with your team. If you want ongoing accountability on top of that, group coaching is there as a next step, not the main event.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. Trainings are a one-time fee, and they are yours forever. I deliberately do not run a subscription model. Cleaning owners get taken advantage of by monthly billing, and you should not have to keep paying to keep what you already bought.
Can my whole team use one purchase?
Yes. You get multiple logins with no per-seat charges. Train everyone you have now and everyone you hire later, all under the training you bought.
Do I get updates when a training improves?
Always, and they are free. When I upgrade a training, the new version drops into your portal automatically. You are never tied to me by the fear of losing a video.
Are the trainings self-paced?
Yes. They are designed to be practical, self-paced, and immediately applicable, so your team can start using them right away.
Is this a get-rich-quick program?
No. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right fit. These are real systems from a real cleaning company that actually grew.
How do I access what I bought?
Everything lives in your account portal. Log in any time from Account Login to reach your trainings, your team logins, and any updates.
What happens on a strategy call?
A clear, honest conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what is standing in the way. No pressure and no pitch script.
