Hi, I’m Jen. Before Profit Pathways there was a bucket, a car, and me.
I started Just Peachy Clean by myself in 2014. No systems, no team, no clue. I just knew I could do it better. I grew it into a multi-award-winning, million-dollar company that is woman-owned, locally run, and never franchised. That cleaning company is still my number one, and it always will be.
I learned every hard lesson the slow and expensive way: the late nights, the team that did it differently every time, the profit that looked fine on paper and felt like exhaustion in real life. Then I built the systems that fixed it.

I did not start Profit Pathways because I needed the money. I started it to give back to an industry I love and think is wildly underestimated.
